All our products are handcrafted in Morocco. Our products are therefore never identical. Small flaws are not, it's part of the charm of handmade. Each piece is therefore unique; The colors of the products can also be different on two separate orders so remember to order your dishes at once
How does the site work ?

Product dimensions
The dimensions indicated on each product are approximate, because all our products are handcrafted in an artisanal way, so not to the nearest millimeter. The objects are sized by the hands of our craftsmen
A product is sold out, will it come back?
The basics will always be restocked, on the other hand for the collections we offer limited editions, so first come, first served

Here are the estimated delivery times (number of working days, excluding public holidays and customs clearance):
- Morocco: 3/4 days
- Canada: 7/10 days
- USA: 7/10 days
- United Kingdom: 6/9 days
Receipt of my package
It is imperative upon receipt of the package to issue reservations directly to the carrier in the event of visibly damaged package. Open your package in front of the carrier authorized to stay 15 minutes to check that nothing is broken. Any damaged package that has not been verified upon receipt with the carrier cannot be refunded.
Do I have to pay import taxes?
We are based in Morocco, so different tax rules and other customs fees may apply. These costs will be at your expense.
If you are in Morocco, then you will not be charged any import tax.
3-RETURNS & REFUNDS
How to make a return, an exchange?
You have fifteen days after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us for a refund if they are not suitable.
Please put each item back in its original packaging to ensure a smooth refund and to facilitate the work of our logistics workshop.

We do not do standard exchange. For a new size, another model or another color, you just have to order again on the e-shop.
Free return to post office from Morocco (immediate refund).
Return at your expense from abroad.
Product damaged on delivery
You have noticed that one or more items are damaged or broken upon receipt by the carrier, complete the carrier's slip to explain the problem and contact our after-sales service by email at: vanatinoo@gmail.com
Non complying product
The product received does not correspond to the product ordered. If this is the case, the buyer will be refunded and vanatino (seller) will have to cash his share and reimburse all the costs of the customer.
Refunds
In the event that the product is returned, the customer receives the money in an amicable and agreed upon method.
In the case of a payment gateway, it will be the only way to return the customer's money
