1 - Policy for the period of time to return or exchange purchases
- You may exchange or return any product(s) (intact/broken/with a manufacturing defect) within fourteen days of receiving the order .
2 - Return or exchange policy
- You may return any product/products (is not broken or defective and is not damaged) you are not satisfied with within fourteen days of receiving your order, knowing that you will bear all shipping costs.
- The product you ordered is not the same product that you received. In this case, you can return the product and vanatino will bear all costs.
Products that have been opened and have a clear manufacturing defect can be replaced with the same item, provided that the customer contacts the support team and we will send the required product at our own expense
"Broken products"
Customers are required to open, unpack, count and check the condition of items received upon delivery and in front of the carrier.
- To claim the return or exchange of the damaged (broken) product(s), it is imperative to make precise and clear reservations at the time of delivery. The signature constitutes acceptance of the package in property and at this time the carrier and the sender are no longer responsible for the state of the contents. In accordance with transport legislation, in the absence of reservations made at the time of delivery, "vanatino" will not be able to respond favorably to your request for compensation or replacement.
3 - Return and exchange procedures
- The product(s) must be placed in its original packaging.
-The customer must return the gifts he received with his order
- It is required that the invoice be attached to the product upon exchange or return.
- It is required to send the product(s) to be exchanged or returned with a transport company that provides a tracking number
-The customer's money will be returned within seven days of receiving the damaged or broken product and in the same way it was paid except for another agreed method
